I had picked up 2 other diggers, a secluded area and downhill. So we started digging for a couple of weeks. Our third set was just over 6ft tall and still had some more stacking to do. The landing for a right hip that went downhill was over 8 ft wide and apx 7ft tall by the time you got to the roller after it. With school coming to a end for the semester we were not able to make it out to dig very often. One of the guys went out between classes to see what we had been working on. He gets there and finds that ALL of our 7 shovels (one I was borrowing that cost $26), 2 pick axes, $130 wheelbarrow, 2 rakes, 1small tree trimmer (which I was borrowing that cost $30), a large set of tree trimmers, a bow saw and a garbage can we had found out there and put a lot of trash that was laying around into were all GONE! No notes or anything. I think a granpa that occasionally saw us go back there went to see what was going on. The weird thing is that you had to know exactly where they were and had to hike for a good while in order to find them. So that sucks, not to mention that we lost about $300 in tools.

trails have been kicked in again by some kids i think... left a note but that wont do much. going to go to another spot tommoro and build a lip, see how it goes... i think the dirt is really sandy so could be pottentially excellent

me and pete went up yesterday, fixed up the 5th landing after the scouts basicly knocked it down, its looking good again, then started carving the landing next to it steeper to match, should give loads of dirt that can be used on the next 2 lips.
carve lander
use dirt for lips in front
dig landing for those lips.
pics up when thats done!

This is a brand new installation of Elgg. I hope we can use it for the new trailscene site. Please start playing with it and let me know of any problems you find or things you want adding.
Have fun!
